What Are ComfortCALLS?
Wiregrass 211 ComfortCALLS is a FREE telephone reassurance program designed to check on the well-being of individuals who may need extra support.
- Seniors age 60 and older
- Homebound or disabled individuals
- Isolated family caregivers (age 18+)
A friendly call provides comfort and peace of mind.
How ComfortCALLS Work
- Scheduled check-in calls from trained staff
- Focus on safety and social connection
- Identify needs or concerns
- Non-emergency support

- Must speak and understand English
- Enrollment based on program capacity
